so... after my last post, i have now brought my boy back into work.. (along with his silly looking patch on his head lol ) since i got him hes always been a keen jumper, too the point where you have about 6 or 7 strides after every jump of non controlled canter, but even more so now that he has realised hes not actually retired !! i dont want to go and bang a strong bit in and have a tug of war or give him a hard mouth...but i also dont want to go out jumping if i cant stop.. hes 13, and bred from an olympic showjumper so a bit set in his ways, but if any one has any ideas of making him a little less enthusiastic i would greatly appreciate it! below is a pic of his "enthusiastic jumping" pre injury... this is now worse
