So, question first... After much thought I've decided that I'd deffo like to get into teaching but (and theres always a massive but) I've done my nvq levels one and two and I'm about half way through level 3 (though that is on hold after I moved yards) and when I've looked into teaching the bhs stages seem to be the only pathway into teaching. Is there any other teaching exams that can be taken with out having to do my stages? Can my nvqs be 'converted ' into stages ? Have I really wasted my time doing nvqs ? On a more positive note, Millie was amazing today 
jumped the water tray no problemo xD and after playing around cantering over 2 poles that are on no particular distance, I think I may finally be getting the hang of seeing a stride and adjusting the canter.... Pointless bit on the end bit I'm happy .
