Find me a pair of travel boots in Full size, with the plastic/protective strip round the bottom and minimum velcro tabs, for less than £40 (inc. p&p) Preferably not pink!!!

I bought a pair at YHL and on the advice of the people on the stand took cob size. Needless to say full size would be far better, but they won't let me exchange for the same price- apparently it was show offer only, so despite the fact I was told I could change them to another size for free (bar p&p) I now have to pay £10 extra for full size plus £8.50 p&p, as well as carriage for sending the incorrect size back.
So my 'bargain' is no longer bargain-eous and I will be avoiding said company for future use! Do we reckon it be better to list them on ebay and re-coup said costs that way?!
And I still need a new set of sturdy travel boots!

Thanks- the Mark Todd ones are now well over £50 a set tho and my budget just doesn't stretch to that, but he trashes his boots and is a pain so they need to be quality. Can't believe how much the DH ones are now!

I have tho found JHL and Premier Equine ones cheap[er] (plus they don't go up in £ when you go up in size which I noticed alot of them do!) Anyone used them? The scuff pad isn't very big tho, not sure it would actually be very beneficial?

So frustrating that my £15 set, to have them swapped over to full size, by the time everything extra's been paid will have cost me £40. Grr

Thanks- Townfields are my local tack shop so have tried them, either the ones at the right price aren't in in my size, or they're too expensive.

I've tried:
Rideaway
Robinsons
Equestrian Clearance
Ebay
Surrey Equestrian (seems to be cheapest but never used them before- any experiences?)
Frogpool Manor
Townfields
Tower Farm

Ho-hum.

Have a look at Old Dairy Saddlery at the Jumpers Horseline ones, very similar to the Mark Todd but cheaper. If they are what you are after then Surrey Equestrian have them for sale cheaper but no picture of them on their site.
