A CHAPS question, how to register?

I have a 2yr old coloured, who is not chaps registered, can i register him or does it have to be sone at birth?

You can register any time or get a passport over stamped the CHAPS website is very easy to follow in regards to how and what to do just make sure if you are wanting to show you both are members

Be prepared for them to be rude and unhelpful and take an age to actually get the passport back to you though If you want to show this summer I would get a move on
