A sad but needed how much..
I'm a student going into 5th year in october and with finals etc coming up I cant really justify keeping 2 horses, i simply wont have the time.. the other horse can't be sold - has a big hole in her hoof that need to grow out.
Basic stats:
9yo chestnut gelding; I bought him as a 3yo and from never having been xc before we are now going round BE novices and have been placed a couple of times.
He's not a world beater but as geniune as they come, never refuses a fence; the only marks on his record are my mistakes .
He is jumping 1.20 courses at home but is never going to be the best - not naturally careful plus me not liking sj is not a good combination.
His dressage is good, he's not flashy but will always do a consistent test. Has qualified for prestige dressage championships(not sure what that is..) at elementary. Is working medium at home - all lateral work and changes established.
He has a low mileage as i'm a poor student and cn't afford to compete too much.
Basically he's a fab allrounder, you could put your granny on him and send her off round an intro!
these are his results from 07 and 08:
IN - 40.0 W W W W 40.00 (withdrew because he had been kicked the day before and although he didnt feel too bad in the dressage he wasnt right sj)
