A good offer for a saddle?

I have seen a saddle I like on ebay- the buyer has a bIN price of £295. what is a sensible offer? (they have the best offer option for bidding)
I dont want to offend them with a low offer, but if they accept offer is binding so obviously dont want to pay too much!

Farrington working hunter saddle. Apprently about 2 years old. Havanna brown...seems to be in good nick.

Try £240 but you might have to fight for it.

Really? Its the second time the saddle has been listed- I had watched it last time but was unsure what sort of price to offer last time. Now its back on I will try putting in an offer....

I managed to pick one up about 3 years ago for £125 from Ebay, but it was more than 2 years old. They are very nice WH saddles. You could go cheaper - you can make more than one offer

We used to have a shop and stocked the Farringtons. They are a good saddle.
It's a shame as I have a medium havana WH Farrington that is brand new here that is looking for a new home, oh, if only I knew who needed one??

Agree BIN price is good (new would be approx £595) so I'd just go for BIN
