A happy post

Had the newbie for about 18 months now.My confidence after my last one was about as low as its possible to go.I was terrified of EVERYTHING.Can't say I am completely over everything but I am definately getting there.Yesterday he was more forward than I have ever known him, not silly just alert and forward.It didn't worry me I even enjoyed it.I wouldn't have been able to ride him like that a few months ago.I accidently taped him with the schooling whip going into canter.He gave a small buck and shot forward.I coped and carried on.It was a little blip, not a major trauma, which it would have been once.So happy.
