As some of you may know, me and a friend bought a pony called Henry two weeks ago today. I posted about him being VERY nervous and that we could hardly get near him. Well here is an update of little Henry
Since then me and friend have deciced that I'm to do most of the work to start with so he gets used to at least one of us and because I'm more confident with him (he jumps, she jumps etc) And now, Henry has his headcollar on, will be brushed from head to toe, has all 4 feet picked out and purple sprayed (really bad thrush) has had his tail brushed and chopped has it was so long he kept standing on it, all in about a week
He has also been lunged for a little while in the school and has enjoyed being out of his stable more
Next on the list is the farrier! Though I think a tad of sedalin may be in need for that one
So proud of him, he's come so far in such little time, it seemed once I'd gotten the headcollar on he decided there was no point in trying to stay away anymore
