you'll prob end up spending the money you earn paying someone to do things for you in the morning. I'd wait untill you've finished gcse's and then take up job or only work weekends.

tbh, doesn't sound too bad at all to me.
Last year there were times I was getting in to the house at nine to begin doing anything.
As long as you budget your time efficiently (is the job every night?) and ensure you do your homework as soon as you get in you'll be fine!
Do you have study periods or any other time you can do your homework? GEt up earlier?
Some days you probably won't be able to ride but shouldn't be the majority

It isn't as work laden as you will think it will be

. Well, if your school is like mine was anyway, we did most of our coursework in school time. I was lucky in that, the 2 optional subjects I chose where 'hands on' (Drama and Expressive Arts) so I didn't really have much to do at home anyway. I didn't get to ride every single evening but it all slotted in

, English was about the only subject I spent ages doing as that was essay work. If you get home at 8 get in, sit down for 15 minutes or so and just get on with what you need to do, it will very rarely be needed for he very next day anyway

.

can someone not do swapsies with you and do the morning so you do the evening stables for them?
Alternatively, and I think I will be shot down for suggesting this... could you move to grass livery where a twice daily check isnt strictly necessary? As long as enough people are coming to and from the field in the day and can report any problems they see? I know someone who does this and it works very well for her.
Hope you manage to sort something out.

xx

How many days will you be working?
After paying out for part livery, how much better off will you be a week for working?

Have you considered a part loan or advertising for help in exchange for riding?

If your school is anything like mine, year 10 will not be as bad or as much work as it's made out to be. I found that there wasn't a huge amount of work and the only work I really had to spend a lot of time on was my coursework, which to be honest there wasn't a huge amount of and the majority of it I did at school and I just wrote up my notes when I got home. I assume that if you're working weekdays you won't be working at the weekends so couldn't you use the weekends to the work that doesn't have to be in the same week?

If it all gets too much you could always do like Smash is suggesting and advertise for help or a sharer or something.

I though you were talking about times in the morning then!

TBH In year 10 I used to be up at 5am, do horses and have evenings to myself, could you wake up early to do homework? People in the Common Room might have more ideas.
