As recommended to me by CrazyMare.
I emailed Gail on the offchance she would have the bit I wanted. I got a response to my email within half an hour of them opening! They had the bit in stock and Gail had a chat with me about what I wanted it for and what it would achieve etc.
Sadly after looking at the site policy - it seemed I had to pay the 80 odd quid upfront, which I haven't budgetted for so I left it.
This morning I had a lovely email from Gail - asking how I was getting on, I explained that I'd have to wait til payday and she actually offered to wangle it so I could have it on a hire charge and pay full price once I decided if I liked it!
Later on when I called her to place my order, she wasn't there - but text me and said she'd call later - and guess what - she did!
Now THAT is EXCELLENT customer service! Well done HORSE BIT HIRE
