a how much on behalf of a friend...help!

13.2 reg welsh sec c gelding, good to box, shoe, and in traffic, hacks alone or in company, good doer lives in or out, has done showjumping up to 3'6" goes XC and has done working hunter classes, make a good 2nd pony but not a total novice ride, BUT has a slight pollen allergy and is 16 years old, but is otherwise fit and healthy, has never has laminitis or sweetitch... i thought around £1800???
 
I would have said more like £1200 .

wish i could help, I have a similar type of pony for sale only he is 7 yrs old, has been advertised for about 8 wks only had 2 people to see him, first lot was day trippers, and the second was for boy who had only been riding 18mnts, pony is advertised as a second pony, and in the right hands would easy do bsja. I have even reduced price which i have to say is a lot less than your pony, so like i said sorry i cant help, wish somone had an answer for me? because i dont know what i'm doing wrong
 
thanks.. i am so out of touch with prices!!, i have always bought unbroken or misfits for a few hundered quid!
 
horse market is pretty bad now. A friend of mine is pretty much giving her lovely mare away and has no takers.

I'd say around £1500
