How much would you expect to be paid, or how much would you pat for the following? Usually on short notice.
Morning. Turn out 2 horses, skip out, soak haynets and put in. In eve skip out, feed, redo haynets. It takes me around 20 mins each end of day. No travelling. Thank you.

Do check re the insurance situation if you are being paid.

BHS third party cover doesn’t cover you if payment is involved. Either you or the horses’ owner will need proper cover. The horses might be very amenable, but stuff happens and you don’t want to find yourself badly injured, off work for a long period, and no insurance cover.

ETA I also think that £30 per day is about right.

I pay £15 per hour but if it takes less than an hour I still pay £15. Don’t forget you know your horses & routine well so it will take you less time than someone who only does it occasionally.

My pro doesn't do it by the hour as she is quick and efficient. She says it penalises her for being good!

I have CCTV and watched her the first time she did them. She is indeed quick and efficient!
