I used to pay £15pw for stable and paddock.

Straw was £1.50 and hay was £3.00 and that was a DIY yard in Hertfordshire.

well to buy in big bale square haylage costs around £25. With 4 horses on it adlib we expect to go through a bale every 7 days, so would cost approximately £6.25 a week or £27 a month.
From that a round figure of maybe £30 a month? Although saying that I used to pay old YO £10 a week which still worked out cheaper for me than buying small bales.

Well i used to pay £30 a month for one horse for as much as i wanted. I now have to pay £1 a net of haylage......

I know one yard not that far from me charges by the week and its about 12quid a week for hay and about 14 a week for haylage

i buy hay by the bale at my yard
