Wanting to know what people would roughly price him at as his insurance is due for renewal.
I have refrained from posting this before as I am sure people would only pay £100 for him but a year on I am sure I can now handle and accept being told this.
I am not sure what info would be needed/not needed so here is everything.
- 15.2 gelding, ex flat racer, retired sound.
- Very quiet and gentle temprament in all aspects.
- Not spooky, brilliant in the heaviest of traffic and in all situations (road works, building sites etc) but used to nap when hacking - no longer an issue. Good alone and in company, will go first or last.
- Good to travel, used to be difficult to load but issue seems to now be resolved.
- Brilliant with farrier/vet/dentist etc - I don't know about clipping.
- Ridden in open fields without a problem.
- Confident jumper, has only jumped XC inhand, total water baby.
- No competiton experience yet.
- Happy to live out all year round, good to stabled 24/7, able to leave without exercise and still sane when first ridden.
- Has been handled and ridden by a novice a few times.
- Can have his moments of testing people if he is feeling fresh nothing dangerous (ie may try to be strong to the field/rush out of the stable) will return to normal if issue is handled, but has been allowed to walk all over people in the past so will continue to misbehave if allowed to.
- Occult sarcoid on face *touch wood* has decreased in size and does not cause a problem.
Oo I now don't think I want to know the answers.
