Ok so how much would you say this is worth....

13hh - 13.1hh rising 4yr old black mare. Pretty and quite well put together. Moves straight and is clean limbed. NFx
Has been very lgihtly backed i.e. literally just sat on and not much else. Very good to handle and do.

No SB you're about right, I would say about £500-£600.

£600-800 would be my guess.

I bought a couple of similar ponies, one cost £400, and one £800, both straight and with lovely temperaments. The £800 one is now a cracking pony club pony and has done a little bit of everything (with professional schooling).

Clearly at this stage you cannot sell it as a childs riding pony (maybe as lead-rein), as pony has only just started her breaking & training. If it were brought on another year it would be worth probably double, but that means you need a good experienced (professional) rider which are very hard to find.

If you look at the prices in H+H, for a pony like taht they are going for about £1500. Personally I would never pay that much, horse prices seem crazy atm.

About £600, i could pick up a reg NF ready to break for this price tomorro if i really wanted one! There are tonnes of ponies out there fitting this description so not alot!
