Hi all,
Just wondered if I could have a few opinions of my part loan girl and how she's looking?

She's 17 years young (!) and got diagnosed with mild pedal bone rotation about 2 years ago (the farrier says she has improved and her feet are looking great with ongoing work and heart bars), and then with Cushings at Christmas '10, and has been out of work for about 15 months now in total - more or less box rest, just the odd wander out of her stable when she felt like it and she's just started going out in a little individual paddock with no grass in to stretch her legs.
She's off the bute completely now :) still seems a bit sore on concrete...? but once she gets in the field, she's absolutely fine - I walked her round her paddock today (well, she walked me at the end of the leadrope!) and the little buggar went up with me as I tried to turn her back; we had some right tantrums! I'm sure she puts it on with me so we don't have to go back inside as soon as we turn round to head back to the stable, she suddenly becomes all tottery and 'clunky'! :o

This is her on January 25th

This is her today; I think she's lost weight...but I've been away at uni so I've not seen her for a few weeks.

And just 'cause she's cute and loves to play in her water!!

Thanks, I thought she had in fact I was a bit  when I brought her out I thought bloody hell it seems to have gone all of a sudden!
She looks good for it and I'm exceptionally pleased her weight hasn't fluctuated that much this year despite her not being in work.
she's certainly getting her spirit back ;)

Gotta add....I am SO proud of her!! :)
