I am an A-Level student doing Design and Technology, and for my A2 piece of work, I would like to make some sort of storage system for essential pieces of equestrian equipment that you take to an over night event. I am mainly looking at transporting these bits of kit from the lorry/trailer to the stables, which can be a long distance and over rough terrain.

I am looking for some inspiration and help with deigns for this product. At the moment, I would like to transport grooming kit, stud kit, bandages/boots, washing off kit, rugs and possibly tack. My aim is to have a specific area on the product for all of these items, which can then be removed for easy access and use.

Look at products in other industries where equipment has to be moved in similar/ worse enviroments - film/ military for example.

As an idea, we transport large quatities of water & my friend had brackets put on her Ifor, just behind the rear tail lights. There is a metal ledge there & we can put a large water canister each side to save carrying it in the car boot.
