A mini Sandy (Candy) Update

Firstly - I shut her in the room with the cat and let it wallop her (several times) Worked though and she hasn't chased either one since

Secondly - she went to the vets today Was a fabby little girl, let the vet and her assistant poke her all over. They gave her a really thorough exam She isn't chipped which is a shame as we were hoping to trace her old owners. However, the vet thinks she's actually 7!! I thought she was about 9 but she checked her teeth, eyes - she even examined her throat! When I questioned it (people thought Bear was about 7 when she was 12) she said that she definately isn't over 9 and going by her health check she's in the 5 to 8 range

Anyways, she took some blood and x-rays of her back end but said she's really happy with her. She measured her too so she can check the progress of muscle build up when she goes back for her second shots. We decided to have her vacs done coz goodness knows when they were last done

She's v fussy for a golde but tonight we discovered she likes pasta sauce...

Thanks I still cant believe how fabulous she is! Anyone that can raise a smile out of my dad when hes tired and grumpy after his treatment is worth their weight in gold
