I left home at 6.55am to walk to the Stables for my 7.30 Farrier Appointment, as the snow was so bad

.... even with a 4 x 4 I was not going to risk a hill that I saw people sliding down backwards in the snow earlier this year

Got there and swept the yard and within minutes of 7.30 along he came, just a few minutes late

... my first comment was 'you are never late! lol' .... his apprentice had to travel miles to meet up with him, before getting to me
