A pesky 'hunting' how much...??

Just out of interest guys.... what would you expect to pay for the perfect kinda hunter? 9yrs, 16.3hh, short coupled and chunky enough to carry a man all day, but well enough behaved for a little lady to hunt as well, jumps like a stag in any country, honest and brave over ditches, hedges, timber and wire, jumps into and out of deep plough, happy in the field but has also hunted hounds, stands beautifully at the meet with hounds all around, great to handle on the ground and as gentle as can be... ???
 
My yard sell that sort routinely, but as 5yos, (they only have minimal experience, however they have the potential to become the horse you're describing.) They sell them all at 6500, or to 7000-8000 if it is also a competition prospect!
