A quicky - how can i tell if a saddle is wool flocked or latex?

Its about 4 years old and having looked at it - there are no indents as such for re flocking as there are on my other saddle that i 'know' is wool flocked.
I didnt buy the saddle, it came with a horse as its fitted tack.

Dummies guide please!

Foam tends to be a more uniform shape and a certain feel to it.
It's hard to describe how a foam panel looks as it comes with experience.
Saddles do not always come with flocking holes, I very often have to insert them to flock up saddles.
