A Price Question (or two)

I was wondering if you could give me an idea of what you would pay for the following:

Horse 1:
17hh Irish Sports horse gelding, 11 year old middleweight. Wonderful temperament - a true gentleman. Won and placed in SJ at riding club. Super paces and has excellent dressage and jumping potential. No vices, good in all ways. Never sick or sorry. Fully vaccinated, microchipped and passported. Sold with all tack and rugs.

He is advertised at £x but wondered what you would advertise him at as she isn't sure if hes underpriced

Horse 2:
14.2/3hh rising 5 bay roan mare . Can pull faces over the stable door but doesn't do anything nasty. Has done some schooling (though not a lot due to facilities) and is coming on nicely, has been popped over a couple of small jumps (both loose and ridden). Excellent on roads - leads or goes behind/in the middle. Would possibly make a good pony club pony.

Horse 1 sounds fab, and assuming he is good on the roads - and sold without tack, I'd say around the 3.5k mark (could be being slightly stingy though).

Horse 2 - £1200k (sorry if I insult)
 
I think horses like him are pretty priceless actually. Especially if he's as good as you say he is.

PM ParkRanger - he sounds perfect for her. A nice 'person' that is nicely put together, and will do a bit of everything.

Would be really interested to know what he's up for pm me????
 
Not sure about 1st one, probably agree with Amymay. Second one a friend of mine just bought something fairly similar for £2k, she was slightly bigger though!
 
I handle and ride him with no probs at all - for instance I went into his stable to wash his feet off on Friday, left the door wide open, I said stand up and don't move and he stood like a statue. He doesn't use his size against you at all either (I'm 5'3)

I'm really interested in this post as I saw this horse ( number 1) advertised and thought he was absolutely perfect for me. The reason I hesitated was I thought the price was very low and there must be something wrong! I live quite a distance away as well but please pm me details if he's still available.
