A proud bog pony update, think we have found his fortay!

You may remember, not quite a yea ago I went to look at a little cob to bring on a sell and ended up coming home with a few more..... some people buy shoes.......

He has flourished and is now jumping round the unaff and BN at Markfield he has been placed a few times doing dressage and he has found his most favorite job in the whole wide world...... hunting

he has taken to it like a duck to water and loves every single moment, poor pony has learnt fast as hes been going Quorn Mondays / Fridays, not every one I may add - im not that mean

but I have managed to remember he is only 5 and not to jump everything in sight and spend a little time teaching manners so he will stand / turn away / do gates ect, but he much prefers the jumping bits as you can see here ( I have brought these two so I am allowed to put them up on here )

and as ace as he is I dont think he is my next Jayson...only reason I could find today was that when I retire and have kids and want a nice hunter to lead them from he'd be perfect and that i'll prob never find another bog pony quite as super as this one again.....apparently that is silly

K yes, Jay and Cib have just finished walking, thank god, and Legs has just come in and started walking, Minnie hasnt had a hol as she had it really easy to the end of the season and is a lot stronger than legs so ive been hunting her

and Moo is showjuming - she doesnt do hols and had time off in the season what with one thing and another ! How are about you?

Wow, I agree with everyone about his amazing transformation. I'd be very surprised if he doesn't find a cracking home with someone. If only he was bigger, I'd love him!

Looks like you won't have too many problems finding him a lovely new home. I would love something similar myself, but you are hardly going to send him back to Ireland!!

). Have been trying the same trick myself but we're a bit short of hedges up here. Pleased you're having fun hunting him, it makes all the difference, doesn't it? One small bone to pick: please can you stop the 'fab day hunting today' status updates when I've been at work all day? It's just not fair

Jay is being very good.....to good in all honesty - but that could be due to the fact he is looking like a mare in foal....cant really see him being a fit event horse any time soon

I am now going to be at Markfield every sun....joy lol, mainly on a crazy colored cob in the NC and Fox for a few weeks while the others are getting fit again!
He he, but I thought Happy days hunting post would brighten up your day - plus I have to hunt at least twice a week every week that way my sub works out at only £20 per day
