OK, slightly paranoid post but just figured I'd ask on here just in case. Freya has just thrown up all her breakfast (fed about 3 hours ago) and I can't see any obvious reason why. She's just over 3 months old, ate fine this morning, went to the toilet as normal and she seems bright as a button and her normal self. I know she's probably fine and its nothing but is there anything I should be aware of or keeping an eye on? I've also checked that last night's pizza is all still there (though she's in her crate at night so couldn't get anything overnight) and nothing is missing or out of place.

Obviously will be watching her like a hawk today but would welcome any other advice.

And here are some recent piccies of the little monster for you as well :)

Make sure she's drinking normally - not either ignoring water, or gulping it down. You could swap her normal dinner for something low residue like plain boiled rice or pasta tonight, or scrambled egg, although if she's bright and cheerful I'm not sure I'd even do that personally - you could give the vet a call and see what they'd advise on this. I'm sure she'll be ok though, probably just had a nibble on something manky while you weren't looking!

if she is bright in herself i would prob just give her something light for the next 24/48 hours, chicken and rice, fish and rice etc...she could easily have eaten something which was off and will prob be absolutely fine...she is very pretty...:D

It could be something as mild as a slight upset tummy/wolfing food down to quick or eating grass previous to vomiting.
Look out for her bringing up any more food or more importantly water pretty much straight after she has digested them. If she begins to do this then take her to the vet and also if she seems lethargic in herself.
Make her next meal a small one.

Thank you everyone. We kept a close eye on her yesterday and she was totally fine. stayed true to her hyperactive self. She probably ate something icky or raided the cat's litter box!! She's been eating and drinking fine (though she thinks this chicken stuff is amazing) so we'll keep an eye on her today also but I think she was just wanting to give mummy a minor panic attack :) I can't complain really, she's been a very easy puppy so far (with the exception of this and digging up all my sunflower seedlings!) :) Love her to bits :D
