A quick how much please - saddle query

Someone at my livery yard wants to buy a "spare" saddle from me- it came with my horse and didn't fit - but I have no idea how much to ask for it.

It's a Black Country 17" GP, about 12 months old, nice saddle, good condition (although a little dusty!)

Any thoughts please?

I'd try about £400 if you can. I've got a Black Country GP that I want to sell that cost nearly £900 so was going to advertise it for about £400 as a starting price, you can always come down!!
