Hello
I've lurked on the forum for sometime now so decided it was time to join.
I'm 43, I have been riding since I was a child & I've got 2 horses:-
Hera, 29, hanovian cross ISH who I'm done most disciplines with (apart from dressage) but we mainly teamchased. She's now got a new career as a professional grass eater, a career she takes VERY seriously!
Maddy, 17, anglo arab, rehomed from the Blue Cross in September. We just do fun rides togther.
I've also got 2 dogs a deerhound, wolfhound, greyhound cross & a husky cross german shepherd.
My log name of Turkana is the name of a lovely horse I rode whilst on a horseback safari in South Africa.
Is anybody else being plagued by horseflies? I've never known it to be so bad. Hateful things!
