No - he has it really really loose and not between his legs, attached to the sides. I just work him forwards in it and let him stretch as he wants. As advised by my physio - he finds it very easy

It depends how you use them as to how long you use them for.

I hate seeing people with them under the horses legs pulling the poor horses head in........

You maybe say that you are worried about jumping but you set him very well onto those cross - poles and many show jumpers should learn from your rhythm and the quality of the approach!
 
I know, thats one of my pet hates; that and people who lead their horses out of the stable with the pessoa tied up really tight and dont warm the horse up before hand

I would say look out for the pink lorry - but we're getting it resprayed - not sure when yet, but it might be before the Winters!!
 
l agree with you CG......no more than 20mins....and NO-MORE than 3 times a week!!!!!!!!! AND DEF not jumping the poor horse later on in the day !!!!!!!!!
