My phone just changed that to gay club... so pleased I noticed before posting 
Not really after home made ideas but I'm sure I saw a haycube alternative last year just after buying mine. I thought at the time it looked good.
I bought one cube to try out and see if it was worth the money and have decided that yes it absolutely is.
Their customer service however leaves a little to be desired. Several times I've tried to make contact via pm, fb and direct email. Never get a reply. This irritates me a bit from companies so I'd like to try the other one if anyone can point me in the right direction please?
I remember they had their own website, came in different sizes so suitable for a few horses in together but the single one was priced comparably to the haycube.
Any one know the ones?
