I just wanted to post how impressed I have been with the service at NFU!
Grace firstly injured her suspensory ligament, so I claimed for her initial diagnosis (xrays, scans, nerve blocks, three days at the clinic), and then the shock wave treatment and further scans. This was all paid, apart from my excess, in full which came to £1,887 in totasl!
Then, just two weeks after filing this claim, I then claimed for her colic surgery and post-surgical treatment, and withing two weeks of placing the claim, NFU paid out £4,200 (including half of the livery fees) to Leahurst.
So in less than a month, they have paid out just over £6000 without any worry or stress caused to me... I am very very impressed with their service, and they have corresponded with me regarding everything!
