Hmm..I smell a rat, perhaps? It starts out by saying it wants to achieve the following 'objectives', which are actually questions?! Apart from the pretty dubious grammar of the introduction, it doesn't seem very academic to me - or have standards slipped quite so much?

In the past I have been involved in both the design and evaluation of academic surveys and unless this is undergraduate research of a faily basic level I doubt it could be of much use for either quantitative or even qualitative reseach. The range of answers are limited with leading qustions used to elicitate answers...

Just had a look at this and answered once with my own views and once with the polar opposite, therefore the survey is worthless as supporters or those opposing hunting could enter their views any number of times, pointless, don't bother.
