Firstly, what a lively, active forum. I've enjoyed reading some current threads and had a good giggle at some of them!
To introduce myself, I'm an RDA instructor but I also teach at Ebony Horse Club a charity project in Brixton, Sth London. We've created a little horsey oasis in the most unlikely of places. We have a purpose built yard, with 8 loose boxes, a turnout paddock and a floodlit outdoor school. We were Charity of the Year at Olympia last December. If you were there, you may have seen some of our riders and children performing. It was quite a thrill for us.
We have seven horses, but in the way of horses, two of them are out of action at the moment. If any one knows of a suitable pony who would like a trip to the city, we'd be delighted to have them. When I say 'city', we are well tucked away from the fumes and bustle, in a quiet park. Our horses are very spoiled and loved and only work a few hours a day, often less with Mondays off. We have a website and facebook page which gives you an idea of what we are up to. Just google us! Any advice and thoughts, much appreciated.
