I took the dogs oput this afternoon to their favourite Gravel pit walk. when I left home the sun was shining. I have to drive just 1 mile from home.
the sun was out so I just went off wearing my poloshirt (and trousers of course LOL)
half way round it started to rain big time and thunder. hence jess on to her lead and she pulled me back to the car as she hates thunder. I was absolutely soaked through.
Anyway drove home and only half a mile from home it was sunny again. At home it had not rained at all. As I got out of the car my neighbour was just outside. She looked at me--a total drowned rat, hair and clothes dripping. the expression on her face was a picture.--"what a crazy woman" was her thoughts I think.
sorry its longer than I meant but thought it was funny.
 
lol maybe she thought you'd had to dive into the water after the dogs!

Happened to mum and I last summer at the forest. Rain was torrential and we had only short coats on. When we got back to car we both took trousers off and drove home in knickers. When we walked into house dad's face was a picture (as it hadn't rained there at all). I really think he thought we had fallen into the river and were lying about the rain.

Hope you have stopped laughing by now.
