Really sorry to hear that - both for you and her owner.

I feel almost as sorry for the owner as I do for AE. One moment she's looking at a few grand in the bank and a great new home for a horse she hasn't got time for, and the next she's got a potentially unsellable (depending what the issues are) vet failure on her hands. It's my worst nightmare at the moment, with one up for sale

Yes I feel very sorry for owner. I went from cash virtually in the bank to unsellable horse with Max when he failed a vetting. It’s a horrible situation. Similar with Jenny though she at least could do a job so I lost money but found a great home for her.

if a horse fails a vetting to event , she may be fine for a happy hacker home and if she is safe and reliable she will still sell for a decent price. obviously i dont know what she failed on but there are lots of people who would like her type..
