A thinner version of a Nathe bit?

One of mine goes really well in a Nathe straight bar bit but I'm pretty sure that it is just a little too thick for his mouth - he is a TB and doesn't have a lot of space in his mouth. He tends to open his mouth a little working on the flat so I was wondering if there is a thinner version I can use.

Any suggestions?

The only suggestion is to buy a 12mm bit and wrap in latex.

There is no thinner synthetic bit that the nathe as the NS and sprenger versions are the same if not fatter. The other harder materials (happy mouth, applemouth and flexi) are generally fatter too.
