You were bought 24 years ago -you brecken rising 4 your mum but a teenager. The first time your mum rode you you went lame. Joint problems and your mum was told "give him the bullet - waste of time and money". Your mum so young refused to give up on you even knowing she would never ride you again. For 24 years your mum cared for you loved you - you wanted for nothing there was never any hesitation to call the vet if needed but most of all you were loved just for you the gentle kind horse you were and never a saddle saw youre back. Just loved and cared for a bestfriend to your mum.
. Time crept by and slowly the joint problems stated getting worse. You had the best of vet care though and you livid a lovely happy life out with the herd plodding around your eyes bright and happy. Last week you took a turn and then you said" I have had enough now im tired" . Quietly that final decsision was made and with the help of a kind vet who has known you for all them years the deed was done . You went like the gentleman you had always been.
You are up there Brecken galloping around the stars looking down on your mum with those beautiful Kind eye knowing she had given you all you could ever have wished for - watch over her Brecken and sometimes let her know you are there. .RIP Brecken sleep tight
