Keep Ty. Make a decent bit of cash from Oscar. Hock spavins can turn out better than you expect and aside from anything else, Oscar will be dead easy to sell to a competitive home.
 
To be honest it sounds like deep down you would prefer to sell Oscar.
I do think selling him may be the best option as you said youself he seems happy when he is out competing and Ty is your baby so sell Osc to a compative home and keep your baby.

I've just spent the whole night wide awake trying to work out what to do.

What annoys me is that in the grand scheme of things, this shouldn't be stressing me out so much as there is more to life but unfortunately I guess it doesn't work like that!
