I have a lovely but slightly lazy warmblood. When I am schooling her I am finding she really hollows especially through transitions. I am trying to ride her forward & make her work her work from behind. She has a lovely soft mouth & I don't want to be hauling at her mouth. The only way I can get her long & low is if my hands are really low and too far apart. I don't want to ruin her with my rubbish riding. Just looking for some tips, advice to get her nice & forward and not go round looking like a big orange giraffe.

Have her do lots of poles. Her head will have to be down to concentrate and that will in turn work her back and when she is less hollowed she will find out that it feels better.
