A 'what would you pay?' post

Yard owner currently has her liveries on a track system so is thinking about renting out one of the paddocks, which isn't being used.

Paddock is an acre in size so would probably suit 1/2 smallish ponies.

The fencing is electric - run off the mains- and wire. Security is good as yard owner, who's BHS qualified, lives on site.

Water, power and use of yard facilities. Hay can be supplied. In the Horsham area. What rent do you think could be asked for it?

I’m along the coast, but a friend pays £150pm for similar.
