excuse my ignorance but what are the dangers involved in using theses gadgets there must be some otherwise you would see people riding with them all the time !

My horse has a tendency to buck now and again but not all the time so you would therefore have to use it all the time just in case !

How do that stop a horse bucking? I guess because its head can't get as far down to buck properly, but most horses can buck with only needing to put their head down a little, and how does the horse stretch its head/neck down in it?
And surely it can't been worn jumping, which I'm sure is when most horses buck?

Yeah, how on earth does that thing stop a horse bucking? Surely if you want to stop like a kids pony bucking, you just use a simple daisy rein or something to stop it getting its head right down to put in the buck. This thing looks way to over the top!
