my horses legs are plastered in mud- and its wet! i obviously cant brush it off so how DO i get it off? we have a lesson l8er on and i dont want him to b all scruffy!!!

Wash it and towel dry. If you use leg guard before turnout it is easy to get the mud off and the ointment does not leave a residue.

Leave it on and wait until it dries, then brush it off, and don't worry about him having muddy legs in the lesson. Legs get muddy in the winter; it's a fact of life.
