When an advert says 'Quick sale needed. Please no timewasters, swaps or loans'....at what point in that makes it seem that a loan with view to buy in the future would be possible?!

Arrrgh.

And people that text from adverts and refuse to ring. Oh my days.

Double aaaargh.

Anyone want Arrrrrgh with me?! :D

Texting does my head in. 'Can I have more info pls.'

Not in a text you can't! How to possibly begin describing the ins and outs of your horse. Pick up the phone and ring.

Email = fine, you can actually write paragraphs there and format it to some degree.

Actually just for laughs....

''LVLY 15HH MR.BRLLNT 2 DO IN AL WYS LVLY 2 JMP EASY 2 DEAL WTH SCHOOLS WLL EASY INT A FNC AND A KCK ALNG TYP.HS HNTD SHWJMPD ETC.PRFCT SCHOOLMSTRSS FR NVC RDR R NE LVL.N TMWSTRS LNS LWVTB R SWPS PLEAS.RNG FR MR INF.''

Wonder what the reply would be

;)

I got fed up asking for a landline number as I didnt want to run my mobile bill up as I have pay as you go or asked them to phone me. Nothing. If sellers are not going to respond then dont know how you are expected to communicate.

A friend recently responded to a couple of local ads and then the ad was renewed in the shop a few days later so not sure why they never responded?

Suppose whats the right answer? Trouble is you can sometimes ask all the questions you like over the phone pre visit and it can mean didddly squat when you see the horse for real!

Oh yes I know it works both ways. I had that when I've tried responding to adverts too. Equally annoying. Fair enough, you can ring at the wrong time/etc...but when you've rung a few times varying the times, then I give up trying to bother also.

I'll respond to anyone quite happily, providing it's not something crazy like after 9pm at night or before 8am in the morning.
I'll also ring the texts back or give them the house number to ring on if not, as I just don't do texting random people that amount of info.
If I have missed a call and they then send a text, then that again, is fine. I'll ring them back straight away.

I just don't do 'text speak'. It does my head in.
