to cut a long story short. I used to rent a field a few miles away from my house and i arranged to have my mobile stables taken there which the field owner agreed to. 6 months later a field closer to home became avalible so i took it leaving my stable's behind. The man has been really awkward ever since refusing to let me have access to my stables. I went there today and his horses have damaged the stables and he is ranting over me poaching his fields in the wet weather and i have agreed to wait until we get nice weather to move them. THEN today he shouted at me i wasnt allowed to move the stables unles i payed him £5 a week for having them there.he never stated this in the begginning and he threatened me aswell.his horses have ruined my stables.what do i do?? i am going to seek legal advice asap.
 
Work out how much he thinks you owe him and charge him that much for the damage he has caused to your stables!! Good idea to get legal advice - shame the weather has gone wet - if it was still frosty you could have got the stables from there. Take the first chance you get to remove them and make sure you take someone with you. Good luck.
