Aaghr Dragon Driving again!

Wow, I wonder if Just A Splash's real owners know their GELDING is being touted as the sire of all these sorry little specimens..

Possible frozen semen from before he was gelded perhaps? i very much doubt it but you never know!! x

The fact that he'd only make 14.2 makes it unlikely from a 17.1hh stallion though, unless the dam is 12.2!!! x

Poor pony, if you went to get that one though, you'd clearly end up with a lorry full of anything else he has there :O( x

his 'sire':confused: Just a splash foaled in 2000, yet this advert claims just a splash was an international 3 day eventer in 2001 - thats talented- plus on the BE record he hasn't gone above BE100.

False advertising me thinks!

however, if I had space, time & money I would have him just to give him a chance- I should NEVER look on dragon driving.

if you scroll down the adverts some look quite decent tho!

Aww poor little guy :( Just been having a further browse...
Look at this poor little girly, looks like she is really struggling to carry that rider :( Lives really near me, feel like buying it and then turning her away for a year to properly mature.

wow she really does look like she is struggling:(, there is a pic of a horse called Saphire further down & she looks like she is going down in one of the pics.I'm told its a trick used by unscrupulous horse traders to make us feel sorry for them and buy them

I think they are using the 2001 as his year of birth.. which is almost right ;) and I suppose they could have used frozen ;) :p

They are localish to me, every one of his adverts are poor weanlings/yearlings. he also uses waldo as a sire apparently !!! barge pole comes to mind! this is the same guy who was selling that poor black yearling a month or 2 ago, there was a huge thread on it

Poor wee mite.

Most responsible folks are choosing not to breed from proven mares and stallions but these numpties keep breeding horses. Something needs to be done..goodness knows what 'tho!

You wish you could help them all.

Interesting how he changes his name in the ads, Bob, Richard, Dave

BUT please do not feed these dealers by buying, they will just acquire more and continue breeding horses/ponies which will cost you a fortune in vets bills.

PLEASE BUY properly bred youngsters which have been cared for from birth, regularly wormed and are not grazing ragwort filled fields.
Then you stand a chance of having a healthy happy horse capable of doing whatever you ask of it.
