Has anyone tried or bought one of these? Or suggest another training regime? I dont have time for the gym and the Wii just isnt cutting it.
Im in desperate need of some core training and I keep getting caught watching the adverts for these, they seem like wonder machines for your tummys lol
I know they are never as good as they appear, so some feedback would be good!
