I work at a local authority and have had the following message come through to me -
I wonder if you can circulate this for me. I have seized a horse (Hampshire Act 1983) which has not been reclaimed by his owner and I now need to find a home for him as soon as possible. He is a piebald cob gelding, about 2 years old and will make about 13.2 when fully mature. He is the sweetest of characters, very calm and so easy to box. He will be free to the right person but the new owner will need tobe able to collect him from Hampshire.
