Has anyone bought a horse from here and does anyone know what the customer service is like on retuning unsuitable horses refunding and what the horses are like??

She did!! She is very bored at work today and is planning on spending most of her time doing things she shouldn't on tinternet!!!!
My horse is fab by the way, I was a bit worried about buying from a dealer with such mixed feedback (see my post history, it'll all make sense!!) but Wellie is warts and all exactly as described, and Michelle kept in touch for ages after to make sure all was ok.
I am sure if you keep her up to date with any problems as they occur, and discuss returning anything as quickly as possible if thats the way things go, do it within the allocated time etc... you shouldn't have any trouble at all. All the horses I saw there were nice, honest sorts. PM me if you prefer

Tell me about it!!.. I much prefer the stressy days, when everything at work is quiet and under control I get bored and just want to stay home and play ponies instead!!!

haven't sneaked out yet... i'm now ringing estate agents/mortgage company/solicitor etc to make sure everything is going smoothly.
i think i just annoy them though. i swear the solicitor's secretary just hung up on me... hmmm...
going to rummage for some lunch. yum. x

I put a deposit down on a horse of theirs but the vetting discovered a heart murmur, they allowed me to have it scanned and travelled the horse for me. Unfortunately it was around a grade 4 so I decided I couldn't take the chance of getting him especially as he was going to be my first horse. They were very good with me throughout what turned out to be an almost 3 month process!
