Maybe Pathelschoice is a nice person that is helpful but what about all the creditors???

Maybe the £3900 they got for the item on eBay would go somewhere to righting the wrong???

ABI Horseboxes Ltd announcement : "We are extending our prize draw date as we have only 900 tickets left to sell - the date and new venue will be confirmed in the new year"

Yet when H & H ran the report last week they had only sold, according to the same ABI spokesperson, somewhere in the region of 1500 Tickets???

I think we all have a lot of questions and truthfully are probably never going to know the real answers. If those answers are offered, would we believe them????

Hi, as a director of http://www.equishopping.com/uk/ we were taken as much by surprise as anyone. The prize draw was ABI’s and as such was governed by their terms and conditions. We promoted the draw in good faith in exchange for a link to the ABI website and free tickets to be given away in our competitions and as such are devastated by what has happened.

We were told by Rebecca that the draw was to be delayed, as was permitted in ABI’s terms and conditions, because they needed to sell a further 900 tickets and we would be told where and when that would be, which was as displayed on our website until I was told they had gone into liquidation.

At equiShopping.com we regularly use competitions as part of our marketing strategy to promote awareness and direct traffic to our comparison site and people have won some great prizes including a Cheval Liberte Trailer, a set of showjumps, mobile tack lockers and Mark Todd bridles amongst many other things and we hoped that one of our visitors would be the lucky person to win this fantastic prize.

Unfortunately we know no more than anyone else and find ourselves in the same boat. Sadly it would apperar that we have all been caught up in the consequences of the economic climate we all find ourselves in.
