Not a very exciting post, but since I seem to have made it from "stranger" to "journeyman" I thought this was a bit overdue!

I'm twentysomething living in Cheshire with my friend who owns 3 brilliant welsh section D's. Don't own my own at the moment, but I am privileged to be able to have the ride on the biggest of my friend's. We're very lucky to have them at home. Pone I ride is 7 and has a dicky leg from a severed tendon, same injury I lost my own to and the yearling nearly did the same earlier this year. We do dressage at very much beginners level and shows, but can't jump which gets me nicely out of feeling brave enough to try hunting

He is a total character and I love him to bits.

As you might guess from the name I am a fan of natural horsemanship and am training to eventually become an instructor in this discipline.

Thats probably me in a nutshell, thank you and goodnight!

Hi Naturally and glad you've made it to Journeyman whilst still retaining your sanity (???). I'm a natural horsemanship fan too, but not exclusively. Parelli, Kelly Marks, Richard Maxwell, Monty Roberts, all good stuff to support common sense and good horsemanship. You might see some BAAAAAD posts about Parelli on this forum but the proof of the pudding..... I'd be interested in what you've done so PM me if you have a spare 10 mins sometime x
