Absorbine hoof oil spillage - HELP

So long story short, my horse knocked over a full bottle which has stained my very posh livery yards floor!! Any ideas how to remove?!?!

A good de-greaser, something like Hyperclean (local Halfrauds etc should sell it) & then wash off with hose/jet washer.
A high pressure steam cleaner will blown holes in any weak concrete but will usually get rid of oil stains.

Would have said caustic soda, but its not available to the public these days....
