Absorbine Ultra Shield - Fly repellant?

Has anyone used this as a fly repellent on their horses? Very widely used in USA but only seems to sell here as a spray to use in and around the stables yard etc. Just wanted to see / check if it is used by anyone here but not sold as such as not licensed to be. Thanks

I use it occasionally, mainly in stables etc, but as far as I know, you can use it on animals, just isn't licensed as such in UK, the same as TriTec 14, which I find a bit better.

Thanks Martlin. Will do a 'patch' test first but just didn't want them keeling over or coming out in some horrific rash!
